CEO & Founder
As a practicing attorney for almost 20 years, Matt has worked for and advised Fortune 500 companies, global law firms, government agencies, charitable groups, and academic institutions. He has helped to build and grow champions networks across numerous organizations and industries. Having written the first and only book on the subject, The Champions Network: A Blueprint to Expand Your Influence and Spread Big Ideas in Any Organization, Matt has established himself as the foremost expert on the development of champions networks. Matt speaks internationally on champions networks with a focus on how they can improve awareness, employee engagement, and corporate compliance cultures.
Ted Banks
Corporate Compliance & Antitrust
Ted Banks is a partner in the firm of Scharf Banks Marmor LLC in Chicago, where his practice concentrates on compliance, general corporate, and antitrust matters. He is also President of Compliance & Competition Consultants LLC, a firm devoted to assisting corporations in the development of effective and efficient programs in the areas of corporate compliance, internal investigations, and records management. He currently serves as a compliance monitor on behalf of the Federal Trade Commission and the Competition Bureau of Canada, for whom he has monitored the compliance programs of (among others) The Coca-Cola Co., Wesco Distributing, United Airlines, Air Canada, McKesson Canada Corp., and Staples, Inc. He has provided compliance guidance to numerous corporations, ranging from start-ups to multi-billion-dollar global enterprises, and has been retained as an expert witness on compliance in several cases.
Martin Biegelman
Fraud Awareness & Prevention
Martin Biegelman has been investigating and preventing fraud and corruption for 50 years while in leadership roles in law enforcement, consulting, and the corporate sector. His extensive experience includes service as a federal agent, the founder of Microsoft Corporation’s highly acclaimed global business conduct investigations and compliance program, a managing director in Deloitte’s Risk and Financial Advisory Practice, and other fraud investigation, compliance, and ethics roles. Martin is both a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional. He is the author of six books on topics such as fraud investigation and prevention, the FCPA, corporate compliance programs, and identity theft, and is a frequent speaker on these subjects. Throughout his career, Martin has received numerous awards and recognition from law enforcement, financial institutions, anti-fraud groups and professional organizations.
Shanta Eaden
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Shanta Eaden is an enterprise change leader who brings 20+ years of expertise in integrating people, processes, and technology to affect change. She has led multinational teams in various industries. As a recognized diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategist, change leader, and project management executive, she emphasizes trusted partnerships and leverages her uniquely positioned background to close the gap between strategy and execution to impact organizational culture. Shanta is a sought-after DEI speaker, panelist, certified professional and inclusive behavior coach, and business consultant. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas Southern University and an MBA from LeTourneau University, with concentrations in Management and Human Resources.
Lisa Frank
Health & Wellness
Lisa Frank is a wellness counselor and Yoga Therapist at Miraval Wellness Resort and Spa, as well as in private practice. Over the years she has contributed wellness-based offerings in a variety of settings including universities, corporations, non-profit centers as well as several years at residential treatment center, Sierra Tucson. There she managed the Therapeutic Recreational Activity Program and helped build a health and wellness program for the patients and staff. Lisa has a master’s degree in educational counseling, is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, international yoga therapist, certified substance abuse counselor, mindfulness facilitator, emotional freedom technique facilitator, holistic life coach, and was an NCAA Division 1 athlete. Lisa is passionate about empowering people to live healthier and happier lives.
Juliette Gust
Ethics & Investigations
Juliette Gust has more than 20 years of experience in building global Ethics and Compliance programs, whistleblower program implementation and management, internal investigations teams, anti-corruption risk assessments and audit programs in a broad variety of industries. She is the co-founder of Ethics Suite, a company that provides modern digital confidential “hotline” reporting and case management. As a former Director of Internal Audit at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Juliette developed and led the Global Fraud & Investigations team for the company. Juliette also served as the Project Manager of the company’s Anti-Corruption Compliance Program, leading the development of a best-in-class global anti-corruption risk assessment, third-party due diligence, and audit program. Juliette has conducted or managed more than 2,000 investigations and advised on more than 10,000 employee ethics line reports.
Suzanne Olson

Suzanne Olson is the CEO of Brilliant Workplaces, a consulting agency specializing in helping organizations create customer centric cultures so they can maximize sales and profitability. Suzanne has built and led champions networks for large multi-unit retail, healthcare, hospitality, and manufacturing organizations, and has seen how transformational an organized champions network can be for business initiatives. In her work, she leverages 20+ years of experience in marketing and communications, operations, and training design to drive organizational change initiatives and has spoken at industry conferences on how focusing on employee and customer experience can lead to better brand loyalty, customer engagement, and employee retention.
Teri Quimby
Alcohol Regulation & Licensing
Teri Quimby is an experienced attorney, board member, and former state regulator for the alcohol beverage industry. As a commissioner, she was responsible for administering laws and rules related to the licensing, purchasing, enforcement, merchandising, and distribution of liquor in the State of Michigan. She provides specialized guidance to enhance compliance with alcohol regulatory and licensing requirements. Teri is a contributing author to The American Craft Spirits Association (ACSA) Guide to Starting and Operating a Distillery E-Book, and she serves as a Faculty Member for the Practising Law Institute (PLI) on alcohol topics. Writing on alcohol issues, her work has appeared in places like USA Today, Detroit News, Governing, and Reason. She is especially passionate about bridging communication gaps between businesses and regulatory agencies. Teri is the President of Quimby Consulting Group, LLC.
Robert Ruder
Cybersecurity & Data Privacy
Robert Ruder’s technology career spans more than 25 years, during which he has guided both small and enterprise businesses in building and fortifying their information systems. As a cybersecurity subject matter expert, he has lent his expertise to the Washington Small Business Development Centers (WSBDC) and has taught as an Adjunct Faculty member at Gonzaga University’s School of Business Administration. In addition to authoring a book on crafting cybersecurity policies, Robert holds an array of technology certifications, including the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), and most recently the Certified in Cybersecurity certification from ISC(2).
Rob Schnitz
Hospitality & Employment
Rob Schnitz is a hospitality lawyer with broad and unique experience. Rob was Senior Vice-President and Associate General Counsel for Hyatt Hotels Corporation for over 20 years where he oversaw legal support for global operations. At Hyatt, Rob oversaw internal investigations, held the position of Chief Privacy Officer, was a member of the enterprise risk committee, and supported the crisis response function. Rob also has taught Hospitality Law and Ethics at DePaul University for over 10 years, and is currently General Counsel to the National Domestic Violence Hotline. Previously, Rob was also a partner at a national labor and employment law firm where he represented clients from a variety of industries. Rob earned his law degree from Loyola University of Chicago and his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University.
